Description:
Public discussion on the global challenges that navies face in today’s maritime realm. The events, which featured a panel of international navy chiefs, highlighted the maritime security situation in the Indo-Pacific and the Atlantic Ocean as today’s navies adapt to a diverse range of threats.
Responsibilities:
Worked with the director to execute their vision for the annual theme. Coordinated logistics with senior leadership in the executive and defense branches of the U.S. and Asian governments.
Managed proceedings for the day of the event. Provided briefing documents and research materials for the director to help prepare for the conference.
Worked with the media relations director to help coordinate interviews and press briefings.
